Determination of quantity and quality of intestinal biota and mucosal immunity, presence of inflammation, dysbiosis and food allergy.
The "Basic Gut Screening," is a very comprehensive examination package composed of multiple examinations: digestion, pH, resident and transient gut biome, mycology, virulent factors gut biome, secretory IgA, beta-defensin 2, alpha-1-antitrypsin, EPX and a qualitative determination of the inflammatory markers zonulin, calprotectin, lactoferrin, hemoglobin and transferrin.
This program is designed for people who, as a check on their health, want to know if their gastrointestinal tract is healthy and if their digestion is good. This program will reveal if there are any histamine-producing aspects present and the status of the mucosal immune system.
Any imbalances can thus be detected and corrected through appropriate therapy.
Examination is from 1 tube of stool. A scoop and instructions on how to insert the stool are included.
