- you're OK with make your own notes

The mini-consult is not appropriate:
- for questions that actually requirea more in-depth consultation- such as, 'I've had bowel problems for years, sleep badly and have an irregular cycle, could that be affecting my fertility and what should I do about it?'
- If you expect an elaborate protocol written out by me plus an explanation of 'why-what', recipes, etc; based on an intake that you send me in advance. You get all of that with an extended consultation.
Cancellations must be made 1 day in advance otherwise the consultation will be charged.
