Elsbeth is a BLCN-registered lifestyle coach and is also a colon therapy specialist, exercise coach and remission coach. Elsbeth specializes in fecal testing, Omega 3 (and 6) index, intolerances and allergies through blood and neurotransmitters through your urine. Her advice and coaching covers nutrition, exercise, stress, supplements and follow-up treatments.
