This examination includes the mandatory blood tests:
- Complete blood count
- Blood group and Rh type* (if previously determined and supported by written
documentation, it does not need to be repeated) - Indirect Coombs test (if negative Rh or unknown)
- Hormonal evaluation:
- Prolactin (PRL),
- Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH),
- Luteinizing hormone (LH),
- Estradiol
- Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH)
- Thyroid peroxidase (TPO) antibodies
- Antithyroglobulin antibodies
- Serologies:
- HBsAg
- IgM Anti-HBc
- Anti-HCV
- HIV 1 and HIV 2
- VDRL + titre
Add yourself if necessary:
- HTLV type-1 is found in the Caribbean, Africa and southern Japan.
In the Netherlands, infections with HTLV-1 are mainly found in people from
Suriname, the Netherlands Antilles and sometimes in drug users who work with needles.HTLV I/II (if you, your partner or parents live in regions with high prevalence) - - ZIKV (IgM and IgG) (if you have traveled to countries with reported cases in the last
6 months)
If you have started a treatment via Kinderwens Buitenland you can have your blood tested in the Netherlands if the foreign clinic treating you requests it.
You can also ask for an English version of the results during the ordering process at "remarks" so that you can send it to your foreign doctor.
