This examination includes the mandatory blood tests and applies only to people who already have an official blood type card with rhesus factor from previous examinations:
- Complete blood count
- Indirect Coombs test (if negative Rh or unknown)
- Hormonal evaluation:
- Prolactin (PRL),
- Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH),
- Luteinizing hormone (LH),
- Estradiol
- Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH)
- Thyroid peroxidase (TPO) antibodies
- Antithyroglobulin antibodies
- Serologies:
- HBsAg
- IgM Anti-HBc
- Anti-HCV
- HIV 1 and HIV 2
- VDRL + titre
Add yourself if necessary:
- HTLV type-1 is found in the Caribbean, Africa and southern Japan.
In the Netherlands, infections with HTLV-1 are mainly found in people from
Suriname, the Netherlands Antilles and sometimes in drug users who work with needles.HTLV I/II (if you, your partner or parents live in regions with high prevalence) - - ZIKV (IgM and IgG) (if you have traveled to countries with reported cases in the last
6 months)
If you have started a treatment via Kinderwens Buitenland you can have your blood tested in the Netherlands if the foreign clinic treating you requests it.
