In the mucous membranes of the body, the learned immune system plays an essential role in the recognition, signalling and activation of allergens and pathogens. We know this learned immune response as (s)IgA.
About the IgE Inhalation Screening Finger Prick Large
This Blood Test tests for 54 types of allergies that affect you through inhalation.
When the exposure to allergens exceeds the capacity of the mucous membranes to detect and eliminate them, an immune response occurs in the blood: the IgG response. If the increased exposure continues, eventually this immune response will fail and IgE-mediated reactions will occur, i.e. allergies.
The IgE Inhalation Screening tests for different groups (pools) of similar inhalation allergens.
