Medical certificate by doctor

A medical certificate or doctor's certificate or medical statement is a written statement from a physician or other medically qualified health care provider confirming the result of a patient's medical examination. It can serve as proof of a health condition.

To be able to make such a medical statement the blood or other body material that is being tested in our lab has to be yours.

It is therefore important to be identified at a HelloDoc clinic so that your identity can be established and the doctor can carry out the test.

If physical examination is required for the statement, additional consultation costs will be added.
