When the driver's license is reinstated, the psychiatrist decides which drugs to test for for the health certificate inspection.
The following substances are tested:
- 3-MMC
- 4-MMC

Puss, 3M, 3-methylmethcathinone, 3-MeMMC, 3-mephedrone, 3-methyl-N-methylcathinone.
3-MMC is a New Psychoactive Substance (NPS) from the group of synthetic cathinones. Synthetic cathinones generally have an uplifting effect. This drug is still sometimes confused with 4-MMC, also known as Meow Meow. 3-MMC is usually sold as a powder and is swallowed or snorted by most people. Compared to 4-MMC, 3-MMC seems to give a less euphoric effect but stronger cravings (cravings).
3-MMC differs little from 4-MMC in its effects, side effects and addiction. Wanting to take more after use ("craving") seems to be stronger with 3-MMC than with 4-MMC. As of October 28, 2021, 3-MMC is banned: it is on list II of the Opium Act.
As of Oct. 27, 2021, 3-MMC has been officially added to list 2 of the Opium Act.
