    This test requires a blood draw from a vein. Collection is done through a blood collection center near you. Each order requires only 1 blood draw, even if you order multiple tests.

    The cost of blood collection at the blood collection station including test kit and shipping costs is €21.90.

    The national health check-up is a survey that gives you a good idea of any health risks. You can discuss the results with lifestyle doctor Tigran.

    What is measured:

    • Blood count: Hemoglobin, Erythrocytes, Leucocytes, Platelets, Hematocrit, MCV, MCH, MCHC and RDW-CV (new as of 01-01-24)
    • Cholesterol: Total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, HDL/LDL risk index and Triglycerides
    • Liver values: ALAT and Gamma GT
    • Renal function: creatinine
    • Blood sugar: Glucose
    • Thyroid: TSH
    • Inflammation: CRP
    • Vitamins: Vitamin D (25-hydroxyvitamin D, 25-OH) and Vitamin B12
    • Moisture management: sodium

    The results

    The reference values for your gender and age can be found on the lab report. If you have a notable abnormal value you will be called about it.

    Do I need to be sober for this test?

    Yes, it is recommended to go for blood sampling sober. Sober means; from 8 p.m. the night before the blood draw, do not eat and drink only water.

    You only have to pay the pricking fee once. Receive the test kit by mail with all supplies and clear instructions.

    Purchase & Shipping

    You will receive a referral to an injection station near you, have the tubes filled and send them in the medical envelope provided.

    Within a few days you will receive the results with explanation by e-mail. For urgent medical issues, we will contact you by phone.

    Is it anonymous?

    Blood test never gives the results to insurer or (family) physician. You will receive the blood tubes at the address you provide, they have a barcode that communicates with your research, but it is not traceable by anyone what is tested, only by the lab system. The results are sent exclusively to the e-mail address you provide. You can also place the order under another name, however, do not change your date of birth, as the results will be related to your gender and age.

    How do I receive my results?

    You will receive your results in a PDF document by email. If the result of a test is extremely low or high and immediate medical intervention is required, you will be contacted for a personal consultation before receiving your results. Other abnormal values are indicated with an arrow up for a high value and/or an arrow down for a low value. A urine and/or blood test is a snapshot, sometimes it's wise to repeat the tests after a month if there is room for improvement. In case of medical complaints you should always consult your doctor.
